How to unlock the quest: automatically after finding a Treasure Map.

Quest giver: - (point 16 on the map).

Collect the map.

Arrive at the main building of the mages (point 16 on the map) and enter it, which is possible only if you've completed a main quest called "Visiting Rights". Go upstairs, locate a Treasure Map and take it with you, which will unlock a quest, associated with a certain treasure.

Note - before you embark on your journey to recover the treasure, make sure that you have a Shovel in your inventory. You can either buy the item or find in the game world.

Northern islet.

The treasure you seek was buried on a small islet, located in the Northern section of the map (point 16 on the map). It's recommended to start at the mages encampment, and select a pathway leading to the North. After reaching the shore, jump into the water and swim all the way to the mentioned isle.

Find an X sing on the islet.

You should be extremely cautious, as the islet is inhabited by two very strong monster - a Leviathan and a Swamp Golem. If you intend to fight them both, you should prepare beforehand and attack them one by one - don't even think about fighting them both at the same time. Otherwise it's just better to just swim around the monsters and avoid the confrontation. Locate the place in which a red X sign was painted and use your Shovel to start digging the treasure. Examine the contents of the chest, which will contain 120 Gold and a Schematic for a Big Rock.
