How to unlock the quest: automatically after completing a side quest "Cisco".

Quest giver: (point 7 on the map).

You can allow Cisco to rob the graves one more time, or stand up to him.

The quest will be unlocked after you've met Cisco (point 7 on the map), but only if you allowed him to rob the graves. Follow Cisco to the North, looking out for a group of Scavengers, who might appear in the area. Cisco will stop after reaching a new set of graves (point 7a on the map). Approach him and initiate another conversation. You can either allow him to rob the graves one more time or try to stand up to him.

Rewards for completing the quest:

• 200 Glory Points (you will receive them only if you allowed Cisco to rob another graves).
