How to unlock the quest: through conversation with Frink.

Quest giver: Frink (point 14 on the map).

Frink comes by to the tavern in the evenings.

Visit the tavern in the mages camp in the evening hours and head towards a small room on the back of the tavern. With a little bit of luck, you will met a watchman named Frink here (point 14 on the map) and you will be able to convince him to participate in a mini-game focused on drinking alcohol. If you want to get involved in this activity, you will have to bet 200 gold. The mini-game is trivial - you must select the bottles on the table as fast as you can. If you manage to select all of the bottles before Frink does it, you will win.
