Note - recommend that you also see the map of the side quests on the Skull Island, because many of the main and the side quests overlap.
Note - you gain access to the Skull Isle as late as towards the end of the game, i.e. after you win the naval battle against Crow, in the "Sea Battle Against Crow" quest. The walkthrough for that quest can be found in the chapter entitled "Other Quests".
