Way to unlock the quest: Talk to Ulvi.

Quest giver: Ulvi (point 1 on the map)

Ulvi asks you to eliminate all of the goblins

You get the chance at starting this quest after you supply chief Kaan with the four artifacts, while completing the "Goblin Invasion" quest. Again, find Ulvi on the Northern beach (point 1 on the map) and talk to him. The gnome thanks you for retrieving the artifacts and wants you to clear the encampments, which you have just visited, of the goblins that are staying there.

Reach successive encampments and kill goblins

You need to visit three encampments, where you have earlier stolen the artifacts from. These are the ones located in the Western (point 2e on the map), South-Western (point 2g on the map) and Southern (point 2i on the map) part of the isle. In each of the camps, there are several goblins to kill (note- you cannot rely on your party member for backup) and you need to eliminate a total of 14 monsters this way. After you have secured the encampments, return to Ulvi and report to him.
