You can unlock this quest after you take the journey with Horas from Tacarigua to Taranis. To learn more, see the chapter with main quests in Taranis, and more precisely, the walkthrough for the "A Follower of Magic" quest. After you have returned to Taranis, talk to Horas. He will ask you to meet up with mage Faruco on his behalf, in order to receive another quest.

Faruco is staying at the mage HQ on Taranis

Go to the mages HQ on Taranis and walk into the biggest building. Inside, find mage Faruco, who should be somewhere at the building's first floor. Tell Faruco that you come from Horas. Just as expected, you receive a new crew quest, connected with obtaining Rock Crystals.

Rewards for completing the quest:

• 200 glory points
• Unlocks the "Magical Efficiency" crew quest.
