How to unlock this quest: Speak to Edward.

Confirm that you are ready to begin your journey

You can find the demon hunter named Edward inside the tavern (or just in front of the tavern) in the port (map location 5). The best idea is to meet this character while you will be completing the side quest named "Find the Demon Hunter on Antigua" that you can take from Ramon, however it is not essential. During the conversation you may say that you would like to join Edward on his quest to the backcountry where he plans to defeat few demonic creatures.

You have to kill five demonic beasts in total

Follow Edward towards north. You need to eliminate five Demonic Warriors. You will find them all near the main path (map location 5a). These monsters are not especially difficult to defeat, however it will be easier to face them if you will focus on fighting with one monster at a time and if you will try to avoid their attacks as much as it's possible. You also should be ready to deal with few Hellhounds that may appear during the fight. After you will destroy every Demonic Warrior in this location you should speak to Edward which you can now recruit to your team.
