How to unlock the quest: automatically after completing a side quest "Cisco".

Quest giver: (point 7 on the map).

The most extreme variant is to defeat Cisco in direct combat.

This quest will be unlocked after you've met Cisco (point 7 on the map),but only if you chased him away from grave digging. Follow Cisco to the North, looking out for a group of Scavengers, who might appear in the area. Cisco will stop after reaching a new set of graves (point 7a on the map). Approach him and initiate another conversation. You can act in a three different ways:

• Allow him to continue his grave digging.
• Resort to violence. You will have to defeat Cisco in direct combat, and as he is a good warrior, remember to parry his attacks and, if it's possible, to keep him at a safe distance, attacking him with your ranged weapons. Don't allow him to heal his wounds, interrupting the process each time. The reward for defeating Cisco is 200 Glory Points. Note - Cisco won't die, because even if you emerge victorious, he will only lose consciousness for a short while. Defeating him in combat won't deprive you from meeting him in the future.
• Use your Intimidation skill to force Cisco to resign from robbery. This option is only available if you've developed your Intimidation skill to at least 50 points.

Rewards for completing the quest:

• 200 Glory Points (you will get them only if you disallowed Cisco to rob the graves).
