How to unlock: Talk to Bones (after gaining control over one of the factions' ship)

Quest giver: Bones

Bones will tell you about a big sea monster

A chance to start this quest will appear short after becoming the captain of one of the ships. After completing your first journey on the ship, Bones should talk to you automatically. He will tell you about a monster that terrorizes the citizens of the local islands. You will encounter the beast during your second journey (no matter the destination) and you will be forced to fight it.

You can place the ship parallel to the monster and fire the cannons

It is a very unusual quest, as you will be completing it while steering your ship. While doing so, avoid crashing into the rocks or the monster. You can spot the beast yourself or listen to Bones, who will report its position. The monster can be weakened in two ways. You can try to place the ship parallel to it and fire the cannons located on the sides.

The cannon on the prow of the ship will do well

A good idea is also to use the cannon on the prow of the ship, especially if the beast is located in front of your ship. Also, you can fire it yourself and it doesn't take long to reload.

Attack the beast until its health bar is empty

Continue attacking the monster and remember to avoid any crashes. When the beast's health bar is empty, you will complete the quest.
