This mission is directly connected with the side quest "Ernesto's Engraved Candle Holder", which was about finding a stolen candle holder. If you decided to lie and told Ernesto that it was Nikodim who stole the treasure, Mira (point 10 on the map) will be very pleased. During the conversation with the woman you can talk about "a special reward". Meet Mira at night time, and the Nameless Hero will spend the night with her.
