Pirate Alliance | Main Quests - Antigua Risen 3 Guide
Last update: 11 May 2016
How to unlock: Talk to Alvarez.
Quest giver: Alvarez (number 1 on the map).
This task starts after completing the "Chaos in Harbour Town" quest, which means eliminating all the monsters in the port for Alvarez (number 1 on the map).
Your character will learn from the Admiral about the necessity to obtain new allies and their ships, so you can face the pirate ghost ships, commanded by Crow, together. What you need to do is take command of the ships belonging to five different factions, which means:
1) Demon Hunters - the HQ of the Demon hunters is the Citadel in Calador Bay. If you decide to join that faction, you will be able to take control of the ship of that faction, as early as in the second chapter of the storyline. If you have joined any of the remaining factions (the Natives, or the Crystal Mages), you will have to wait until the third chapter, and meet up with the captain of the Demon Hunters' ship, to take command, only then.
2) The Natives) - The Natives' HQ is the island in the jungle on Kila. If you decide to join that faction, you will be able to take control of the ship of that faction, as early as in the second chapter of the storyline. If you have joined any of the remaining factions (demon Hunters, or the Crystal Mages), you will have to wait until the third chapter, and meet up with the captain of the Natives' ship, to take command, only then.
3) The Crystal Mages - The Crystal Mages' HQ is the encampment on the Taranis isle. If you decide to join that faction, you will be able to take control of the ship of that faction, as early as in the second chapter of the storyline. If you have joined any of the remaining factions (Demon Hunters, or the Natives), you will have to wait until the third chapter, and meet up with the captain of the Crystal Mages' ship, to take command, only then.
4) The Inquisition - The Inquisition's HQ is located in the Tacarigua isle and it is being led by commandant Sebastiano. You will not be allowed to include the vessel of that faction, into your fleet, straight away. The only way to do that is to defeat Sebastiano in a naval battle. This has been described in the walkthrough for the "Sea Battle Against Sebastiano" quest, in the chapter entitled Other Quests.
5) The Renegade Pirates - The renegade Pirates are led by Morgan. The only way to obtain the vessel of the renegade pirates is to defeat them in a naval battle. This has been described in the walkthrough for the "Sea Battle Against Morgan" quest in the chapter concerned with miscellaneous quests.
Note- You can find the descriptions of the activities, connected with the vessels of the Demon Hunters, the Natives and Crystal Mages, in the chapters with the main quests in the Calador Bay, the Kila isle and Taranis. As for the Inquisition and renegade pirates, you need to see the chapter entitled "Other Quests" and read the walkthroughs for naval battles against Sebastiano and Morgan.
After you have obtained all five of the abovementioned ships, you can return to Antigua and meet up with Alvarez again (point 1 on the map). Report to him about the successful quest, which will earn you 200 Glory Points and 500 Gold Pieces For each vessel that you seized. Since you already have the full fleet under your command, you can take interest in the "Sea Battle Against Crow" quest that has been described in the chapter entitled "Other Quests" (of course, only if you have already managed to unlock it).
Rewards for completing the quest:
- 2000 Glory Points
