Way to unlock the quest: Talk to Eldric (Calador Bay).

You need to receive the quest to meet with the Oracle, from Chani

You could unlock this quest at the Calador Bay, after you have progressed to the third chapter of the game's story line and started your preparations for the spirit ritual. One of the requirements for the ritual to take place, is to find an appropriate location, which is to be separated from the rest o the world with magic. This means the Oracle's den on the Kila isle. You can reach the Oracle's den thanks to completing the "Speak to the Oracle" main quest that you receive from Chani (point 4 on the map). See the walkthrough for this quest to learn more.

You need to meet up with Margoloth

You can attempt doing this quest after you have defeated Margoloth (The Oracle) at her den (point 4i on the map). This has been described in the walkthrough for the "Speak to the Oracle" main quest. Winning the battle with Margoloth automatically starts a cutscene of a conversation with the Oracle. During the conversation, bring up the topic of your character's soul and assure that the locals are no threat to Margoloth. As a result, set out to find another Titan Lord, who is responsible for this whole mess.

The Shadow Lord of Discord

The Shadow Lord of Discord is staying at the chamber that neighbors the Oracle's den (point 4j on the map). You can find with him, without any additional help, or leave to the surface, in the first place and rejoin an ally to the party. Just like in the case of fights with the other lords, remain in constant movement, avoid the Lord's strong attacks and land the best blows you can. After you have defeated the monster (600 Glory Points) also remember to examine his body to obtain the Raw Black Heart.

Note - In the place where the Shadow Lord of Discord is staying, there also is a crystal portal, connected with the "The Realm of the Shadows" quest. It is a good idea to smash it, while you are here.

Meet the Oracle again

You can now return to Margoloth. Let the Oracle know that the Titan Lord has been neutralized and ask her to lend the den for the spirit ritual. This is the end of this quest.

Note - You can leave Margoloth's den in two different ways - by activating the nearby teleporter or by crossing the quite vast spider caves.
