Only Worth Half As Much | Main Quests - Taranis
How to unlock the quest: automatically after completing the main story quest called "Hunting for Treasure", which is done during your stay on the Crab Coast.
Quest giver: Bones
The quest is unlocked way before you even get to the Taranis Island. It was done during the introduction to the proper campaign, or to be more specific, just after the main character was brought back to life by Bones. This quest is associated with visiting the headquarters of the three main fractions of the game, in hope of retrieving the soul of the Nameless Hero. General Magnus (point 2 on the map) is one of the characters who you must speak with, as he represents the interest of the Natives. Have a conversation with Magnus, after which you will be able to get another main quests associated with the mentioned fraction.
Note - meeting Magnus is not synonymous with joining with the Crystal Mages. This type of choice will be given to you in the future.
Note - if you are inside of headquarters of a different fraction, go to the appropriate section of this guide (main quests of the Calador Bay or main quests of the Kila Island).
