1 � Merchant: Jack. This character sells mostly talismans, outfits, alcohol, ammunition and lockpicks. Important - In order to begin trading with Jack you must first complete a side quest connected to him!
2 � Merchant: Osorio. This character sells mostly melee weapons, outfits and ammunition.
3 � Merchant: Rodriguez. This character sells mostly melee weapons, ranged weapons and ammunition.
4 � Merchant: Jose. This character sells mostly provisions and alcohol.
The above map presents references to the locations where you find traders, on Tacarigua. The majority of these traders, specialize in selling several types of goods, (e.g. melee weapons or outfits), although there are also ones whose stock is wider.
Two important notes - some of the traders may move around the map and because of that, several identical markings have been put on the map. In extreme situations, you can trade with some after you have completed a certain quest.
1) Jack
Jack is the keeper of the lighthouse and, although you can initially meet him at the beach, later into the game you can meet him near the lighthouse. (point 1 on the map).
At first, Jack is not interested in trading with you. To change that, you need to complete the "Kicking Ass" side quest, i.e. to drive away the inquisitors near the lighthouse. Only then can you meet up with Jack and mention bartering. Jack's offer consists, mainly, of talismans, outfits, liquor and ammo. Apart from that, you can also buy lockpicks.
2) Osorio
Osorio is staying on the farm in the backcountry, in the North-Western part of the map (point 2 on the map).
Osorio offers mainly melee weapons, elements of outfits and ammo.
3) Rodriguez
Inquisitor Rodriguez is in the central part of Puerto Sacarico (point 3 on the map).
Rodriguez mainly offers melee weapons, firearms and ammo.
4) Jose
Inquisitor Jose is in the kitchen of one of the buildings in Puerto Sacarico (point 4 on the map).
Jose mainly offers liquor.
Note - During the conversation with Jose, you can use the Intimidate skill developed to the level of, at least 30 points. Thanks to this, you will receive a Fish, grog and 2 pieces of Meat, for free.
