Way to unlock the quest: Talk to Jack.

Quest giver: Jack (point 1 on the map)

Jack is on the beach in the central part of the isle (point 1 on the map), close to the location, where you start to explore it. During the conversation, you will learn that the Inquisition forces have taken control over the isle and you will be asked to see into the current situation in Puerto Sacarico. Jack also suggests that you meet a Vasco, and points you to the exact location.

Head North-West. Vasco is staying in a small encampment near a mountainous path (point 4 on the map) and it is a good idea to bring up all of the available topics (100 glory points). Thanks to this, you will learn that the man deflected and also, a new side quest will be unlocked - "Vasco's Stuff".

Head Westwards, towards Puerto Sacarico (point 1d on the map). Of course, you need to watch out along your path because, especially while crossing mountainous areas, you will encounter several stronger monsters. After you reach the city, meet commandant Sebastiano (point 10 on the map) and exhaust all of the dialogue options. Return to Jack and report to him.
