Intrusion in the North | Side Quests - Isle of Thieves Risen 3 Guide

Way to unlock the quest: Talk to Ulvi.

Quest giver: Ulvi (point 1 on the map)

Ulvi wants the scouts eliminated

The chance at unlocking this quest appears, for the first time, after you meet up with chief Kaan, while completing the "Goblin Invasion" side quest. Again, find Ulvi on the Northern beach (point 1 on the map) and talk to him. The gnome asks you to eliminate four scouts, in the Northern goblin encampment (point 2b on the map). DO NOT ATTACK THE SCOUTS immediately, because you first need to steal the artifacts from all four encampments, without killing anyone (lo learn more, see more in the walkthrough for the Goblin Invasion quest). The earliest that you could take interest in eliminating all of the goblins, is after you return the stolen artifacts to Kaan and receive a quest to kill the goblin king, from him.

There are four (weak) scouts to eliminate here

Enter the Southern encampment, from which you stole one of the artifacts earlier (point 2b on the map). There are four Goblin Scouts here, and you should have no problems eliminating them (note - you cannot rely on your companion for help here!). After you have secured the encampment, return to Ulvi and report to him.
