The Hilt: Wound Tearer) is owned by Quinn who lives on Kila. You can obtain this item while doing the "Fragile Past Sins" side quest (100 Glory Points).
You can now use any Anvil and forge the sword. Its main parameters are:
- Value- 190 Gold Pieces
- Damage- 30-40 points
- Category-Piercing Weapons
