How to unlock the quest: through conversation with Bisi.

Quest giver: Bisi (point 16 on the map).

Teach Bisi a new saying.

During your stay in the main mages building (point 16 on the map), you can stumble upon a gnome named Bisi (he travels across the whole mages encampment). During the conversation with the mentioned gnome, you can teach him a little linguistic lesson (picking the first dialogue option in the appropriate moment).
