The above map contains references to all the places in which you can find ability trainers, living in the Taranis Island. Each one of them can teach the Nameless Hero from one to few different abilities (albeit for a price, of course).

Two things worth noting - some of the trainers may be mobile, and the map show a few markers of the same trainer, meaning their different spots. In some situations, you can only use the trainer's services after you've done a quest associated with them.

1) Safi

Safi can be found while you are at harbor.

Safi is a gnome, who can be found in a small harbor, in the Eastern part of the island (point 1 on the map). This character changes his position often, so the point on the map symbolizes only the approximate location of the character.

During your conversation with Safi, you can ask him for training. He specializes in the following abilities:

2) Gadi

Gadi is busy carrying boxes.

Gadi is a gnome, who can be found in a small harbor, in the Eastern part of the island (point 2 on the map). This character changes his position often, so the point on the map symbolizes only the approximate location of the character.

During your conversation with Gadi, you can ask him for training. He specializes in the following abilities:

Monkey Trainer from Thievery
Safe Cracker from Thievery
Master Thief from Thievery

3) Baker

Baker can be found in a number of places.

Baker is a watchman and, at least at the beginning, he can be found on a small hill, neighboring a harbor (point 3a on the map). After you've met him for the first time, he will move together with the main character to the mages encampment (point 3b on the map).

During your conversation with Baker, you can ask him for training. He specializes in the following abilities:

Silver Tongue from Thievery
Pull Claws from Hunting

4) Agila

Agila can be found near the entrance to the main mages building.

A watchman named Agila can be found in the central part of the mages encampment, near the entrance to the main building (point 4 on the map). This character often changes its location, so the point on the map symbolizes only the approximate location of the character.

During your conversation with Agila, you can ask him for training. He specializes in the following abilities:

Pistols from Ranged
Daggers from Ranged
Safecracker from Thievery
Master Thief from Thievery

5) Hardwick

Hardwick can be found near the warehouse and tavern.

Hardwick travels all around the mages camp, but he can often be found near the warehouse (point 5a on the map) or in the tavern (point 5b on the map). This character often changes its location, so the point on the map symbolizes only the approximate location of the character.

During your conversation with Hardwick, you can ask him for training. He specializes in the following abilities:

Piercing Weapons from Melee
Swords from Melee
Slashing Weapons from Melee

6) Magnus

Magnus can be found in the central plaza.

General Magnus can be found in the central plaza of the mages camp (point 6 on the map).

During your conversation with Magnus, you can ask him for training. He specializes in the following abilities:

Riposte from Melee
Blade Dancer from Melee
Fencing Master from Melee - this ability is available only after joining the guardians

7) Roderich

Look for Roderich in the tavern.

Roderich can be found in the tavern in the mages camp (point 5b on the map).

During your conversation with Roderich, you can ask him for training. He specializes in the following abilities:

Liquid Courage from Toughness
Drinker from Toughness
Distiller from Toughness

8) Mauricio

One of the places in which you can find Mauricio is the training ground.

A mage named Mauricio, depending on the time of the day, can be found teaching recruits at the training ground (point 7a on the map) or is inside the mages building (point 7b on the map). If you don't have access to the mentioned building, you will have to wait for the man to leave the building.

During your conversation with Mauricio, you can ask him for training. He specializes in the following abilities:

Resist Magic from Toughness
Crystal Magic from Magic - this skill is only available if you join the guardians
Master Mage from Magic - this skill is only available if you join the guardians
Battlemage from Magic - this skill is only available if you join the guardians
Spell Dancer from Magic - this skill is only available if you join the guardians

9) Gordon

Gordon should be working under the sky.

Gordon is a blacksmith, and this character can be found in the Easter section of the mages camp (point 8 on the map).

During your conversation with Gordon, you can ask him for training. He specializes in the following abilities:

Blacksmithing from Melee
Create Talisman from Magic

10) Stanley

Enter the Eastern building.

Stanley is a gunsmith, and this character can be found in the Eastern part of the camp (point 8 on the map).

During your conversation with Stanley, you can ask him for training. He specializes in the following abilities:

Gunsmith from Ranged
Pistols from Ranged
Muskets from Ranged
Shotguns from Ranged
Critical Hit from Ranged

11) Wells

Wells can be found near the knife-throwing shield.

During your conversation with Wells, you can ask him for training. He specializes in the following abilities:

Doctor from Toughness
Liquid Courage from Toughness

12) Ilvar

Examine the ground floor of the mages building.

Ilvar can often be found on the ground floor of the mages building (point 10 on the map). You won't have access to the building at the beginning, and you will have to complete a main quest to get inside.

During your conversation with Ilvar, you can ask him for training. He specializes in the following abilities:

Focus from Magic
Vision of Blood from Magic - this skill is only available if you join the guardians

13) Nergal

Nergal spends his whole day in the basement.

Nergal can always be found in the basement of the main building (point 11 on the map), to which a stairway is leading. You won't have access to the building at the beginning, and you will have to complete a main quest to get inside.

During your conversation with Nergal, you can ask him for training. He specializes in the following abilities:

Brew Potions from Magic
Alchemy from Magic
Ritual Master from Magic
Vegetarian from Hunting - this skill is only available if you join the guardians

14) Faruco

Faruco should be on the upper floor of the mages building.

Faruco can be found on the upper floor of the mages building (point 10 on the map). You won't have access to the building at the beginning, and you will have to complete a main quest to get inside.

During your conversation with Faruco, you can ask him for training. He specializes in the following abilities:

15) Valamir

Valamir can be found in the mining village.

A watchman named Valamir can be found in a mining village, located to the North-West from the mages camp (point 12 on the map).

During your conversation with Valamir, you can ask him for training. He specializes in the following abilities:

Intimidate from Toughness

16) Faris

Faris is working on the upper floor of the mine.

A gnome named Faris can be found inside of the mine, located to the North-West from the mages camp (point 13 on the map).

During your conversation with Valamir, you can ask him for training. He specializes in the following abilities:

17) Banu

Banu is working on the lower floor of the mines.

A gnome named Banu can be found inside of the mine, located to the North-West from the mages camp (point 14 on the map).

During your conversation with Banu, you can ask him for training. He specializes in the following abilities:

18) Sharp

To reach Sharp you will have to climb your way up.

Sharp is a demon hunter, and this character can be found on one of the stone ledges in the Western section of the island (point 15 on the map).

During your conversation with Sharp, you can ask him for training. He specializes in the following abilities:

Master Thief from Thievery

19) Walker

You can train with Walker only after you've secured his camp.

Walker is a hunter located in the camp, in the Southern section of the island (point 16 on the map). This character will appear in the camp and will express the willingness to train Nameless Hero only after you've completed a side quest called "Destroyed Camp", associated with Walker.

During your conversation with Walker, you can ask him for training. He specializes in the following abilities:

Skinning from Hunting
Pull Teeth from Hunting
Pull Claws from Hunting
Take Horns from Hunting
Pull Trophies from Hunting

20) Erasmus

You have to join the guardians if you want to learn from Erasmus

Erasmus can usually be found on the first floor of the mages' building (number 10 on the map) - you can learn from him after you join the crystal mages.

When talking to Erasmus, you can ask him to teach you the following skills:
