The above map contains references to all the places in which you can find merchants, living in the Taranis Island. Each one of them specializes in a few different types of goods (melee weapons, attire, etc.), but there are ones who have a vast offer as well.
Two things worth noting - some of the dealers may be mobile, and the map show a few markers of the same dealers, meaning their different spots. In some situations, you can only use the dealers' services after you've done a quest associated with them.
1) Safi
Safi is a gnome, who can be found in a small harbor, in the Eastern part of the island (point 1 on the map). This character changes his position often, so the point on the map symbolizes only the approximate location of the character.

2) Rumold
Rumold spends most of his time by standing near the warehouse in the harbor, in the Easter section of the island (point 2 on the map).
Rumold's offer contains provisions, alcohols and small items. Besides, you can buy lockpicks at his place.
3) Gadi
Gadi is a gnome, who can be found in a small harbor, in the Eastern part of the island (point 3 on the map). This character changes his position often, so the point on the map symbolizes only the approximate location of the character.

4) Abbas
Abbas is a gnome, which can be found in the mages camp. This character can be seen in the section of the mages camp which was separated for the gnomes (point 4 on the map).

5) Agila
A watchman named Agila can be found in the central part of the mages encampment, near the entrance to the main building (point 5 on the map). This character often changes its location, so the point on the map symbolizes only the approximate location of the character.

6) Hardwick
Hardwick travels all around the mages camp, but he can often be found near the warehouse (point 6a on the map) or in the tavern (point 6b on the map). This character often changes its location, so the point on the map symbolizes only the approximate location of the character.

Roderich can be found in the tavern in the mages camp (point 6b on the map).

8) Gordon
Gordon is a blacksmith, and this character can be found in the Easter section of the mages camp (point 7 on the map).

9) Stanley
Stanley is a gunsmith, and this character can be found in the Eastern part of the camp (point 7 on the map).

10) Nergal
Nergal can always be found in the basement of the main building (point 8 on the map), to which a stairway is leading. You won't have access to the building at the beginning, and you will have to complete a main quest to get inside.

11) Lumbrok
Lumbrok can be often found on the upper floor of the mages building (point 9 on the map). You won't have access to the building at the beginning, and you will have to complete a main quest to get inside.
