The Best of the Best is a mission for the Crimson Fleet faction, in which you acquire the ComSpike. Here you will learn how to get to SY-920 station, how to get a uniform there and steal a ship.

The next mission for the Crimson Fleet is The Best There Is. Our walkthrough explains how to get to the SY-920 station, how to get the uniform needed to enter the guarded area, how to get the ComSpike and what to tell Dr. Vogel, and how to steal the ship and return to the Key.

Meeting with Huan Daiyu

1. At the Key station in the Kryx system, talk to Naeva and Jasmine about the ComSpike device.
2. Go to the planet Jemison (Alpha Centauri system) to the Well. Meet with Huan Daiyu (on the second floor).
3. Then go to the New Atlantis port and board the Jade Swan ship.
4. Please note that once you take off Huan, you won't be able to stop the mission and, for instance, fly to another system.

Getting a uniform

1. Enter the SY-920 space station when Jade Swan docks there.
2. You can't cause a disturbance on the spot, so you need a uniform to avoid being suspected.
3. You can easily move around the first hall of the SY-920 station. Take the elevator down and talk to Huan through the intercom.

1. Talk to a man named Elijah Schilling - he lost his access card.
2. Start a conversation with UC Marine, who stands by the forklift. Tell him that Elijah is looking for him. As a result, you'll be able to take the access card from the forklift.
3. Open the door with the obtained card. You'll enter a guarded area, so don't show yourselves to anyone until you acquire a uniform. Keep sneaking around all the time.
4. You can also enter the guarded area without a card. You need to talk to the officer guarding the main entrance by the elevator. You can use persuasion and convince him that you didn't take your uniform with you. If he lets you through, you'll still have to find and put on a uniform in the guarded area, as you won't be able to enter the next room without it.
5. Another way to access the guarded area is to break in instead of using Elijah's access card to open the door. You must have digipicks and the appropriate skill.

1. You can obtain the uniform from three different locations. The easiest method is to access the ventilation system and proceed to the room on the right when the soldiers pass by.
2. When you put on a uniform, you won't have to hide. The alarm will be sounded only if you attack first or are detected while talking to suspicious soldiers - they may approach you - in which case you'll have to win the persuasion attempt.

Obtaining an access code

1. Once you get your uniform, you must enter the command bay.
2. The first closed door will be opened by a soldier without any problems - just lie.
3. After going downstairs, insert your ID card into the reader.
4. In the command bay, you can go to the intercom and inform Huan of the progress. She will inform you that you need an access code.

1. You have to hack into the computer with the codes (security level novice).
2. Give the officer the code (by checking it in the appropriate file on the computer) that matches the name of the stolen uniform (by checking it in the inventory).

Theft of a ship

1. Move on and read the permissions information from your computer about the ComSpike device.
2. In the next room, open the door using the panel.
3. Keep going until you reach the elevator. Put your card into the reader.

1. You can talk to Huan again through the intercom. She will tell you that you have to steal a ship. Before that, however, find Dr. Vogel below.
2. During the conversation with the man, you can betray Huan or use persuasion on the doctor to get on the ship.
3. If you betrayed Huan, you can go to the ship immediately. Otherwise, go through the ventilation, steal and put on the pilot's uniform. Next, plan a test flight by adding a project named "ComSpike" - if you don't, you'll be attacked.
4. Regardless of your decisions, leave orbit in the stolen ship and go to the Key in the Kryx system.

Return to the Key station

1. At the Crimson Fleet headquarters, talk to Delgado and Naeva.
2. Then go to the Procyon B system on UC Vigilance. The mission will end after a conversation with the commander. You'll receive XP and credits.
