Enter the shop and talk to the clerk. After a short conversation, you're left with 3 ways of proceeding:

  1. Pay the mortgage - if you have 125,000 credits in your account, you can spend this amount to pay off the entire mortgage. This option doesn't impose a weekly interest on you.
  2. Paying interest - it is more likely that you don't have that much credits, especially if you approached this quest in the initial hours of the adventure. With this option, you don't have to pay the entire sum now, but Galbank will impose a weekly interest in form of 500 credits paid every new week. You can use the home from now on, but if you skip a payment, you won't be able to enter it.
  3. Give the house to the bank - in case you visited the apartment and decided that it doesn't suit your needs, or you don't want to pay the mortgage, you can allow the bank to take over your dream home. You'll lose the property, but you won't have to worry about the mortgage or weekly payments.
