1. During any visit to the city of New Atlantis, you must stop by Terrabrew Coffee. At one of the tables sits Guillaume Degarmo.
2. The quest giver will ask you for help in obtaining a priceless gem. He will give you an Old Earth plate, which will be used for exchange.

Making an exchange with George Saint-George

1. Head to the Jemison Mercantile shop in New Atlantis. George Saint-George is there.
2. Choose the option of exchanging the plate for a priceless gem. You can optionally ask him about his relationship with Guillaume. Go back to the quest giver to return the gem. You will receive XP and 1,000 credits.
