Breaking the Bank is a mission that you have to carry out for the Crimson Fleet. Below you'll learn how to obtain information about Larry Dumbroski aboard the Siren of the Stars, how to steal the Earth Savior Award, and how to gather data from the GalBank archives.

Getting to the Siren of the Stars ship

1. After completing the mission Echoes of the Past for the Crimson Fleet go to the orbit of the planet Aranae IV in the Aranae system. Dock to the Siren of the Stars ship.
2. Upon boarding, a man named Evgeny Rokov stops you. It doesn't matter what you tell him or how much you tell him about the purpose of the mission - he will cooperate with you.
3. Still, it's worth asking Rokov about the Earth Savior Award that Naeva wants.

Larry Dumbroski - gathering information

1. Now go to the ballroom. You need to ask the society patrons about Larry Dumbroski.
2. A person who has useful information is always changing, so you need to ask several patrons.
3. Go to the passenger cabins to meet Klaudia Swist.

1. The woman has information about Dumbroski, so you must persuade her to share it with you. To do this, use persuasion or pay her 2,500 credits.
2. Return to the ballroom and talk to Gabriel Vera, unfortunately the man won't tell you anything interesting.
3. So go to Rokov and come up with a new plan.

Alarm on the ship

1. You must sound the alarm on Siren of the Stars. To do this, head to the engineering deck.
2. Talk to Engineer Sandin. You have to persuade the man to get into the life support area.You can pay him 1,000 credits, use a dialogue option related to a specific skill, or mention Rokov's offer.
3. Then go to the computer and open access to life support.
4. Enter the room and activate the three reset switches.

1. Go to the passenger cabins and talk to Gabriel Vera again.
2. You can either pay him 2,500 credits for information or attack him. After choosing the second option, loot Vera's body and take the evidence. However, if you kill Gabriel, be prepared that security will attack you. So we advise you to bribe him.

Confrontation with Dumbroski

1. Go to the upper floor and meet with Dumbroski.
2. The case can be solved without bloodshed by accepting information from Larry. The second option is to kill the man and collect data from his body - then you'll be attacked by the ship's security.
3. Regardless of the decision you make, return to Rokov.

Optional acquisition of the Earth Saviour Award

During the Breaking the Bank mission, you can obtain the Earth Savior Award for Naevy, although it isn't required to complete the mission. You'll receive more credits at the end of the mission if you steal the prize. Do it before setting off the alarm on Siren of the Stars.

1. To obtain information about the reward, you must talk to Rokov or the patrons in the ballroom. As a result, you'll be able to talk to a woman named Sheila.
2. Then meet with the chief purser Murata. You'll learn from her that you need to get an ID.
3. Go back to the woman named Sheila. You need to persuade her to get the ID.
4. Finally, head to the room where Murata is sitting. Open the safe door using the computer and take the prize. You can also steal credits - this won't have any negative consequences.

Gathering data from archives

1. After taking care of business on Siren of the Stars, fly to the planet Jemison in the Alpha Centauri system.
2. In the commercial district in New Atlantis, go to the GalBank archives.
3. Talk to the guard and show him your credentials. In the next room you'll be attacked by Ecliptic mercenaries - you must kill all enemies.
4. After the fight, approach the computer on the first floor, select "Lost Ship Registry" and then "GLB-098 Legacy."

Completing the quest

1. Return to the Key to the Kryx system. Talk to Delgado.
2. You can decide whether Rokov should join the Fleet.
3. Then, have a private conversation with Naeva. If you get the Earth Savior Award and give it to her, you'll earn twice as many credits.
4. Finally, go to the UC Vigilance (Aranae system) and report to commander Ikande. The mission will end, and you'll receive XP.
