After reaching the fork in the road [#1] during the Farther South quest, Captain Steelbeard will let you choose the way to Puerto Isabella. If you decide to go through the caves, you'll activate the current quest.
With every step, Steelbeard will advise you against continuing through the cave.
Keep following Steelbeard. At one point he'll get seriously scared and ask you one more time if you're sure you want to continue. If you say yes, you'll start the A Terrible Feeling quest. Otherwise, you'll activate the Back to Beginning quest.
Rewards:
- 10 Glory points for completing the quest.
