Quest giver: Eddie [#1]

Leave the fishermen's hut [#1] and follow the coast to a cave in the north [#2]. There will be Giant Crabs and Sand Devils in your way, but they're not enemies which can cause you any serious trouble, especially since you've already killed plenty of them. A much greater adventure awaits you at the cave itself - a Hobgoblin with a small army of Sand Devils.

Eddie was right - the beast is monstrous.

Take care of the little monsters first - leave the cavern and defeat them outside (the Hobgoblin will most likely get stuck in the narrowing). Now for the real battle. The most efficient way of fighting the beast is shooting at it from a safe distance, and running away. If you don't have a powerful enough shotgun, use a couple of dirty tricks (i.e. the Parrot) to try to weaken the foe. If that's also not enough, you can always use the help of your crew - if they don't defeat it themselves, at least they'll be able to distract its attention. Once the threat is eliminated, the quest will be completed.

Rewards:

• 100 Glory points for completing the quest.
• 200 Glory points for defeating the Hobgoblin.
