Quest giver: Chani [#1]

This quest is part of: Chani's Plan

A quest that takes one second to complete, but gets you quite a substantial reward. After returning from the Earth Temple (quest: The Chieftain's Hair), tell the shaman what had happened, and hand her the Long strand of Baki'r hair which you've taken from him. At this moment you will receive all ingredients necessary to make a voodoo doll for the Natives' chieftain.

Possessing the Native is a simple formality.

All that is left to do is to make the artifact which will allow you to possess Bakir. Approach the stall vis-a-vis Chani, and connect all the ingredients.
