The Password | Antigua - Quests Risen 2 Guide
Last update: 11 May 2016
You'll receive this quest after reaching the gate under the waterfall on Antigua [#1]. Since you don't know the password, you'll need to walk away empty-handed. The solution to the puzzle lies in the Maracai Bay, where you can go after completing the Following Garcia's Trail quest (completed on Caldera - see the corresponding chapter).
In the Maracai Bay, read the Logbook on Garcia's ship [#2] (see: Garcia's Logbook). You'll need to use the boat on the beach [#3] to reach it. The captain's thugs will wait for you to finish them (see: Seize Garcia's Ship) - there're quite challenging, so it's better to have some companions with you.
On the desk next to the bed you should see a Map (see: The Treasure on the Pirate Coast) and a book - Garcia's logbook. Read it to learn the location of the captain's hideout (see: Garcia's Treasure) and the password that will allow you to open its gates. This is when the quest ends.
Two things to sum up:
- If you haven't activated the quest on Antigua, it will be automatically triggered and completed the moment you find Garcia's logbook.
- If you haven't read Garcia's logbook and activated this quest at the gate on Antigua, you can start it (and complete it) on the Isle of the Dead, where you can talk to Steelbeard's ghost (see: Talk to Steelbeard's Ghost). The option is available to those who have joined the Natives, though.
Rewards:
- 100 Glory points for completing the quest.
