The Three Questions | Maracai Bay - Quests Risen 2 Guide
Last update: 11 May 2016
Note! This quest is only available to those players who on the Sword Coast have joined the Natives!
Quest giver: Datu [#1]
This quest is part of: Chaka Datu's Legacy
After completing the Paws for Zaalu quest, report back to Datu. He'll be very pleased with your success, and give you another quest, The Three Questions. Meet with Zaalu [#2] and tell him that the next trial will be a test of his wisdom - he'll have to answer three questions. It's a tough challenge for the proud Native, so you're going to have to help him. Create a voodoo doll and take over his body. This little trick will allow you to solve the chieftain's puzzles with everybody thinking you're actually Zaalu.
Convince the Native to give you his Hair, and go to the altar [#3] that is towering above the village. Use it to create the doll so that you could posses the man. If you don't have ingredients, buy them from Malaika [#4] or Kenan [#3] (the Voodoo doll can also be found inside Zaalu's chest, but it requires Lockpicking at 20). When the ritual is over, go back to your patron and take over his body (see: Take Over Zaalu's Body). Next, go to Datu and answer his three questions:
- Datu's First Question - the correct answer is "darkness";
- Datu's Second Question - the correct answer is "time";
- Datu's Third Question - the correct answer is "nothing".
After passing the test, go back to your body and tell Zaalu about your success. This is when the quest ends, leaving only the last challenge from the Chaka Datu's Legacy quest.
Note! If you gave a wrong answer, the mission will be failed (same as The Three Questions main quest). Despite that, there's no need to worry - the third chaka Datu's trial (see: The Final Test) will decide upon the whole success, so a slight slip would only mean losing Glory points.
Rewards:
- 200 Glory points for completing the quest.
