The Four Feathers | Maracai Bay - Quests Risen 2 Guide
Last update: 11 May 2016
Quest giver: Datu [#1]
This quest is part of: Chaka Datu's Legacy
Note! This quest is only available to those players who on the Sword Coast have joined the Inquisition!
You can start this quest only after completing chaka Datu's first trial - the Paws for Hakete mission. You will receive it when you talk to the chieftain. Go back to your patron and explain to him that the second trial will test his hunting skills. Hakeke isn't much of a hunter, so you'll have to help him out. Leave the village together (see: On the Road with Hakeke), and look for the first feather (see: The Black Feather). You will see if several steps ahead, on a tree branch above a stone with a symbol on it [#2] (the below screen).
When you bring the first finding to Hakeke, he'll say he doesn't know where to look for the other ones. Go back to where you found the Black feather, then, and read the sign on the trunk (points north-west). Inform Hakeke of it and proceed in the indicated direction. After a few steps you should see the Blue feather [#3] - the goal of the quest by the same name. Read the symbol underneath to learn that you should go west next.
Continue along the line of the lake until you a reach a fishermen's camp. Nearby, on a twig, you should find the Yellow feather [#4]. The sign underneath will point you north. The last item, the White feather, lies near the battleground [#5] you should be well familiar with. The next symbol will take you north-west, where you'll find Kenan. Talk to him to finish the quest. What's left is to report back to Hakeke and return to chieftain Datu [#7] (see: Duel with Zaalu's Halmak).
Two things to sum up:
- The feathers become visible only after triggering this quest;
- Reading the symbols left by Kenan isn't mandatory, but it makes The Four Feathers quest much easier.
Rewards:
- 200 Glory points for completing the quest.
