In Puerto Isabella's docks you can find Sophia [#1], the wife of Miguel [#2] who is the owner of a nearby warehouse. If you start a conversation with her using Silver Tongue (30 at least), you will momentarily make a very good impression on her and thus complete this simple quest.

Note! You have only one try to complete this mission. If you start the conversation in any other way than by using the Silver Tongue dialogue option, you won't get a second chance.
