Quest giver: Patty [#1]

After defeating Crow and witnessing the sinking of Captain Steelbeard's ship, you need to get a new vessel. To this end, you should talk to Commandant Sebastiano [#2] from Puerto Isabella. As usual, you'll find him in the barracks towering above the city.

The commandant doesn't have good news.

The island's governor can be reached in one of three ways: on foot, through fast travel (by clicking on the map of the island), or by using a boat on the coast. The choice of the route doesn't affect the events of the mission or the amount of the reward. When you're there, you'll learn that you have been betrayed - the Inquisitor will order you to hand the Titan Harpoon over to the warehouse. Naturally, you can't do that - luckily, you have Patty, who will solve this problem in the Talk to Patty quest.
