Quest giver: Wilson [#1]

The blacksmith from the port city adamantly refuses to sell his cannons which are essential on board Captain Slayne's ship. Ask Wilson about everything there is - he'll eventually confess that he's in love with a certain lady. This is how you trigger the Pure Luxury quest.

A tough guy with a heart of gold.

If you ask the local girls about the blacksmith, they'll tell you that the object of his desire is Grace [#2] - the woman standing in front of Alvarez's fort. She'll agree to pleasure Wilson as long as you pay her a 1000 Gold bribe (if you have Silver Tongue at 60, she'll cut the amount by half). Go back to the quest giver to receive your reward.

Henri is a good shooter - the fight won't be easy.

There is an alternative way to complete this quest - you can secure his gratitude by recovering the blacksmith's weapon (see: The Pawned Pistol). To this end, go to the pistol maker, Henri [#3]. Wilson's pistol is in his possession now, and he'd like to duel with you over it. Beat him in a competition at the shooting range [#4] so you could buy the item back. When you return it to the blacksmith, you'll be able to purchase the cannons too.

Note! Solving one problem does not exclude solving the other - you can help Wilson out with both his problems, thus gaining more experience points.
