Barny [#1] - specializes in firearms, namely pistols. He sells a few types of them, as well as bullets and the schematics for The Twins. His workshop is located in the west part of the settlement. | |
Booze [#2] - the innkeeper from the pirates' camp, who sells a wide variety of alcoholic beverages and recipes for liquors. He also has the Hand mirror - one of the legendary items. | |
Carter [#3] - the Puerto Sacarico prison guard, who sits on a bench outside the building all the time. He'll agree to trade with you if you complete the Sturdy Clothes quest. He sells a few types of clothing, including the jacket belonging to Largo. | |
Di Fuego [#4] - the governor of the island, residing in the biggest building in Puerto Sacarico. To be able to see him, you need to be wearing a shirt (see: A Map of Tacarigua). He sells elegant clothes.

Flanningan [#5] - a trader who lives in the pirates' settlement, in the west part of the camp. He sells mostly clothes, but there are other useful items in his inventory as well. | |
Gilles [#7] - you can find him in front of the warehouse on the sugar cane plantation. He'll agree to trade with you after a short conversation, and sells, among other things, a saw to cut trophies from killed animals and a valuable ring. | |
Osorio [#6] - the cook in the house next to the governor's seat in Puerto Sacarico. He sells food and alcohol - to be able to trade with him, ask about provisions (see: Provisions). | |
Stone [#8] - can be found outside the smithy in the east part of the pirates' settlement. He sells all kinds of blades and the schematics for a Scimitar. | |
Thompkins [#7] - a hunter on the sugar cane plantation, north of Puerto Sacarico. He sells firearms and bombs. Before he agrees to do any business with you, though, you need to talk to him about hunting. |
