Escape from the Tower | The Sword Coast - Quests Risen 2 Guide
Last update: 11 May 2016
This quest is part of: Free Tahana
After freeing Tahana from the Inquisition's Tower [#1] in the south part of the island (see: Free Tahana), the native will make a run for it, automatically triggering the current quest. Your actions won't get by Torres who'll immediately appear on the courtyard.
The prison guard won't go easy on you and will attack the escaped prisoner momentarily. You can join the fight and help Tahana or not - your choice doesn't affect the mission. After Torres is forced to accept the superiority of the savage, the latter will run down the hill. Do the same. Once he's down [#2], the quest will be completed.
The native will now ask for your help in finding an idol he had hidden shortly before his arrest. You can find more information on this subject in The Search for the Idol quest description.
Note! If you approach Torres after he's lost the fight, the soldier will automatically start a conversation. Its result depends on which answer you choose:
- The dialogue line using the Nuff Said! option will cause the Nameless Hero to shoot the soldier with his pistol. The Inquisitor will fall to the ground and won't hold any grudges against you when he gets up.
- The second option is to use Intimidate as long as it's at least 30. Torres will quickly agree with your point of view.
- The last option leads to another fight. This time, the Inquisitor will attack you, though Tahana will help you defeat him if he's around. Winning guarantees peace and quiet.
Rewards:
- 50 Glory points for completing the quest;
- 75 Glory points for defeating Torres.
