Follow Patty | The Sword Coast - Quests Risen 2 Guide

When Commandant Sebastiano [#1] orders you to hand the Titan Harpoon over to the warehouse, Patty will be furious. Talk to her (quest: Talk to Patty) and she will declare she doesn't agree to such course of events. She will leave your party and head towards the Puerto Isabella docks. To complete the quest, you should follow her.

Running behind such a girl is pure pleasure.

Note! It's important where you talk to Patty at the beginning of this quest. If you do it in Sebastiano's office, you're in for a short run along the city docks [#2]. If you do it somewhere else, be aware that she will head for the docks anyway - if you're too far, there's going to be a lot of running.
