Emission is a discharge of the Zone, which heralds a periodic phenomenon spreading a deadly anomaly. Avoiding it is crucial to survive another day. Therefore, if you want to learn more about emissions, read this STALKER 2 guide page.
What is emission?
Emission, also known as blowout, is very dangerous. It appears gradually - it is easiest to notice it thanks to radio messages and changing weather. You can recognize it when the sky starts to turn red. In addition, you will also see a cyclone that will start to grow larger with each passing second. It heralds changes in the Zone and a great danger that you must take shelter from.
How to protect yourself from emissions?
As soon as the emission appears, you must quickly find shelter, a cave or a room made of concrete, bricks or steel. Wooden huts may not be enough. It is also best to close the door to the room you are in and do not go outside under any circumstances until the anomaly ends.
However, if the emission reaches the final stage, and you are still on the surface, you can at most save yourselves with medications. If you are near a building, quickly run to it, while healing yourself with the first aid items. However, we do not recommend using this method since you may lose a lot of medicinal items.
