Earning money in STALKER 2 can be quite a challenge, especially as the prices in the game are quite high. Buying necessary items such as medkits, food or bullets can quickly drain your budget. And while this title still suffers from some problems, such as running and walking issue and memory leaks, you can also use the game's bugs to your advantage. It is no different to earning coupons. In this guide, you will learn how to use the money glitch.
How to Use Money Glitch in STALKER 2?
Have you wondered what it's like to be rich in the Zone? If so, you can find out for yourself thanks to the money glitch that occurs in STALKER 2. As the first step, you need to talk to any Trader.
While this method works on the current version of the game, we cannot guarantee that this will also be the case for later updates.
- Once you have spoken to them, use the Trade option.
- Then, make sure that the Trader does not have the type of stackable item which you want to sell - this is a necessary condition. If they have, you must purchase it.
- The next step is to drop your goods (e.g. cartridges, bandages, food etc) into the sales window.
- When the price you get for them appears at the bottom, drag them back into your inventory.
- A window should appear encouraging you to confirm how many items you are selling. This message must be active at all times, so do not confirm taking them back.
- Instead, click on the Confirm option at the bottom of the screen to accept transaction.
This method works on both PC and Xbox. On a Microsoft console, it can be done easier by connecting a mouse, however, if you can’t, it is also possible with a controller. Proceed as described above. Hover the items over your empty equipment slot, click the A button, and immediately, after you have done this, press Y.
When you do this, you will receive the money, while the refund window will still be active. Click Return All. The items should then be added to your inventory along with the money you received for ‘selling’ them.
