Path of Exile 2 is full of side quests, activities, and expansive areas to explore. While many of these are straightforward, some can be quite puzzling, such as corrupted items, or locating Citadel or Abandoned Shrine. Although those mysteries have been solved, the Reliquary Vault remains an enigma. Players are still struggling to figure out how to open it and claim its treasures.

How to open Reliquary Vault in PoE 2

The Reliquary first appeared in the original Path of Exile as a location in Act 5. Opening the vault required players to locate two keys and use them to activate the door mechanism. Recently, however, someone on Reddit reported discovering a similar location in Path of Exile 2 but has no idea how to unlock it.

No one has found a key so far, but another player suggested searching for the Forgotten Reliquary Key, which, as the name implies, might unlock the Reliquary Vault. The issue is that no one has admitted to finding this key, so its existence remains unconfirmed.

It's unclear whether the vault requires just one key, multiple items, or if the lack of a key is simply a minor bug. Given that the game is still in early access, the key to enter this location might become available in future updates or at full launch. For now, we can't be certain. All I know is that I won't be able to sleep at night knowing there might be something incredibly valuable in this vault, something that could be perfect for my Ranger build!
