STALKER 2: Happiness for Everyone
Happiness for Everyone is a mission of STALKER 2's main plot, during which you will again attack Duga with Sparks. This page of the guide will tell you how to get to the outpost and how to fight Faust.
Last update:
During the mission Happiness for Everyone, Skif will once again head towards the Duga mast with the Spark, to ultimately take over this strategic point in the Zone. From this guide, you will learn how to safely reach the vicinity of the radar, how to get through the Monolith forces, and how to defeat their leader - Faust.
How to get to the Spark outpost?
The mission described on this page is exclusive to the Spark path. You will only receive it if you supported the noontides in the Wishful Thinking quest.
The quest described on this page will begin immediately after the end of In Search of Past Glory mission. Your first task will be to reach the area of the Duga mast.
Avoid all large gates and do not approach the fence! Snipers are positioned in the area of Duga, who will kill Skif as soon as he gets close.
The only safe path to the Duga area leads through a small gate, in the southern part of the complex. Go there, and then head towards the marker.
Before you reach the Spark's base, the Monolithians will attack you. Defeat them, and then enter the building.
Star will be waiting for you on the second floor. The leader of the Spark will ask if you are ready for the assault. Report your readiness if you have everything you need with you.
How to activate the substation?
The entrance to the canals is located on the street, right next to the Spark outpost.
After the first intersection, a large herd of jumping rodents will attack you. You can lure them around the corner, and then blow up the gas cylinder standing next to it.
Go through the steel gates.
In a room filled with poisonous anomalies, a battle with a large number of zombies awaits you. After the fight, it's worth checking out the small room on the left side. You will find a lot of supplies there.
Go through the tunnel. When you get to the room with a hole in the floor, neutralize the anomaly with a bolt, and then jump down.
Snorks will attack you in the railway tunnel. Defeat the mutants and then turn left.
Go through the box and the hole in the wall. Prepare the grenades, because in the next room, a horde of rats is waiting for you (you can also use exploding barrels to get rid of the threat).
Walk around the room, then climb up the ladder. Cross the footbridges to the radio room.
Use the radio to contact the Spark. Then enter the ventilation shaft.
In the next room, you will encounter rats again. Exit through the door on the right side.
Go through the empty doorframe and continue your journey. A Poltergeist is haunting the area, so watch out for telekinesis attacks.
Go up the stairs. In one of the rooms at the end of the corridor (behind the anomaly with glass shards), you will find a ladder.
Jump into the canal and defeat the Poltergeist. Then go to the drain.
The ladder at the end of the tunnel will lead you to the surface.
You need to get to the substation building now. We recommend you to sneak to avoid the monolith patrols. Enter the building through the hole in the wall.
Activate three switches:
- The first one is located in the room on the right, just after entering.
- The second one is upstairs, in the room opposite the stairs.
- The last one is on the ground floor, in a room with a bloodstained floor.
A squad of monoliths will be sent against you, keep that in mind.
Activate the station in the room with the demolished wall on the first floor.
How to defeat Faust?
Head towards the mission marker and enter the building occupied by the Monolith forces. Your goal will be to get to the very top of the building.
Climb up the next floors. On the way, you will encounter strong resistance from the cultists. Prepare for tough clashes.
Faust will attack you on the last floor. Run after him to the roof.
A boss fight awaits you there. Here's how to approach it:
- In the first place, destroy the 3 glowing emitters. Without this, you won't be able to defeat Faust.
- He will be summoning his copies and draw you in like a Controller. The arena is quite wide, so if you need to heal, run away and hide behind a cover.
- You will recognize the real Faust by the glowing emitter on the belt (Faust clones don't glow).
- Destroy the emitter on the leader's belt. It's quite durable.
- In the end, kill the leader of the fanatics himself.
Before his death, Faust will show Skif a vision. When the game lets you to grab the leader's hand, don't do it! Faust will then throw Skif into the abyss. Instead, choose the option where the protagonist climbs the mast himself.
Watch the cutscene. The other decisions made during it are irrelevant to the plot.
After the vision is over, search Faust's body. Take the pendant from them. The mission will come to an end.
