Activation rewards:

Climb the planks and wait for the metal beam to be lowered.
Once ready, climb on it, lean back, and wait till you reach the next area. Jump on the wooden planks, then face the opposite way and jump to the next floor.
Wait for the metal beam to go down and jump towards it. When the beam goes up, lean out and jump towards the next wooden planks. Turn right and walk around the windmill until you find a ladder that will take you to the top.
