Inhibitor no. 1
Important nearby locations: Bazaar
Location: GRE CA-05 Anomaly
Quest: not applicable
To reach this inhibitor, you first need to complete a task. At the site of the GRE anomaly, you need to kill an enemy called Revenant. It will only appear at night, from 8pm. If you arrive at the location too early and don't see the enemy, just leave the area and return after the specified time.
Killing your opponent is not complicated. This enemy is at level 1, so it shouldn't pose much of a threat, even at the start of the game. This zombie is quite mobile, often changing its position in battle and it can also summon a pack of regular enemies. It's a good idea to fight it on any sort of higher ground, e.g. on containers.
After defeating your opponent, you can open the container. It contains some resources and a GRE crate with an inhibitor. It's worth keeping in mind that zombies might enter this container and interfere with your search.
Inhibitor no. 2
Important nearby locations: Old Villedor, the main windmill
Location: Alberto's apartment
Quest: Revolution
During the Revolution quest, you will head to Alberto's apartment to get explosives from him. After talking with the man, you can simply open the crate and take its contents, no one will pay attention to you.
Inhibitor no. 3
Important nearby locations: Willow Windmill
Location: Dark Hollow
Quest: not applicable
While exploring this side activity, you will reach a locked door that requires authorization. You will open it with the GRE key. Behind the door, you will find a GRE crate with an inhibitor and a few additional items (usually clothes).
Inhibitor no. 4
Important places in the neighborhood : Alder Windmill
Location: abandoned building
Quest: not applicable
Obtaining this one is easy. All you need to do is go to the place marked on the map and enter the building through the window. There should be no zombies there at night. However, during the day, you may encounter here a group of a dozen enemies. However, they will not hurt you if you are careful. You can take care of the zombies by stealth. The GRE crate which contains the inhibitors is located 2 meters to the right of the window.

Important places in the neighborhood : Alder Windmill
Location: abandoned building
Quest: not applicable
This inhibitor is in a dilapidated and abandoned building. It is worth going there at night, so that zombies resting in the dark can go out to the streets. Thanks to this, it will be much safer inside. The GRE crate with the inhibitor is on the damaged floor upstairs. You have to jump to it. You won't have a problem with that even if you are at level 1. Just look up so the main character can see what he has to grab unto.
