Learn more about Aitor's condition
Go to the medical point on the upper deck. The doctor will ask you to find the healer.
Talk to Margaret, the healer
Go to the Survivors' camp in the Garrison district. Margaret is in a cottage on the upper floor.
Collect Recluse petals at night
Go to the designated area between Muddy Grounds and New Dawn Park - collect petals from three flowers there. Be careful not to step into the toxic clouds or encounter the Howlers.
Decide which medicine to use to treat Aitor
Return to Aitor at the Peacekeepers HQ. During your conversation with Aitor's wife you can lie to her about where you got the leaves from. Regardless of your answer, the next dialogue sequence forces you into an important choice:
- giving Aitor small petals will save his life,
- giving him large petals or refusing to give him the medicine will kill him.
You can also ask Lawan for advice, who'll correctly tell you that small leaves will save Aitor's life.
Saving Aitor means you'll meet him at the Fish Eye later on. For your help he'll give you the Lazarus knuckles, the weapon you were looking for at the beginning of the game.
