Council of Mankind Session 1

1. Important places nearby: Metro: South Loop
2. Location: GRE Anomaly
3. Quest: not applicable

There is only one activity in this district, and that is the GRE anomaly. There are several metal military containers in its territory. You will open them using the GRE key. You will find the recording in one of them, the one that's closest to the edge of the arena. It is at the end of the container, right next to the radio.

Waltz's Chamber Recording 1

1. Important places nearby: GRE Anomaly C-A-56
2. Location: Waltz's Tower
3. Mission: Now or Never

This recording appears during the Now or Never story quest. After exiting the elevator head to the room behind the wooden door. You should immediately notice an empty wooden desk. The tape on it will only become visible once you approach it.

If you don't get it here your only option will be playing through this quest again in co-op mode.

Waltz's Chamber Recording 2

1. Important places nearby: GRE Anomaly C-A-56
2. Location: Waltz's Tower
3. Mission: Now or Never

You'll find this recording during the Now or Never story quest. After riding an elevator up to the next floor you'll find a room filled with beds. Next to one of them is a bedside table with the tape on it.

If you don't get it here your only option will be playing through this quest again in co-op mode.

Waltz's Chamber Recording 3

1. Important places nearby: GRE Anomaly C-A-56
2. Location: Waltz's Tower
3. Mission: Now or Never

This recording appears during the Now or Never story quest. After leaving the elevator go to the next room. Look left and you'll see a large white desk. The tape is on its right edge.
