On this page of the Dying Light 2 guide, you can find a map of the Houndfield district. We supply the locations of the activities found in this zone, their level requirements, and rewards stemming from them.
Basic information
- Houndfield can be found in the first part of the map. You'll enter this location after completing the third story mission (Markers of Plague).
- The recommended hero experience level for this district is 2-4;
- The remaining districts from the first part of the map can be freely accessed without any restrictions;
- To get to the second part of the map, you have to complete a story mission - A Place to Call Home .
Safe Zones
There are 3 safe zones in the Houndfield district. They allow you to hide from zombies and pass the night safely. You can often find collectibles in these zones.
Hubs
There is no Seats in this part of the map. In hubs you will find your allies. You can spend time there and receive story and side quests.
Settlements
You won't find any settlements in the Houndfield district.
Forsaken Stores
In this part of the map, you will find 5 Forsaken Stores. These are places where you can find many crafting reagents. It is best to go to these places at night when the most dangerous zombies leave buildings and infest the streets.
Dark Hollow
In part of the map, you will find 4 Dark Hollow areas. There is many valuable loot left in these places. This is a great way to get rich . It is best to go to these places at night when the most dangerous zombies leave buildings and infest the streets.
Evacuation convoys
Evacuation convoys are perfect places to explore. There you will find valuables, crafting parts and clothing. There are 3 such convoys in the Houndfield district.
Military convoys
There are no such activities in Horseshoe.
GRE Quarantine Buildings
In this area, you will find 1 GRE quarantine building - Center for Stage IV THV Study. For completing this side activity, you will receive: 2500 Combat XP, 2500 Parkour XP, 4 Inhibitors.
GRE anomalies
The GRE CA-22 anomaly is located in the south of Houndfield. For each of these side activities, you will receive: 3500 Combat XP and 2 Inhibitors.
Windmills
In this distric,t you will find 2 windmills - Cherry and Birch . A detailed description of these windmills can be found on a separate page of the guide.
Bandit camps
There are no such side activities in this district.
Air Drops
You will find 1 Air Drop in this district. It will grant you 2500 Parkour XP, Inhibitor, and Military Tech.
Water towers
There are no such side activities in this district.
Electric stations
Electric stations change the city structure and supply electricity. Thanks to their activation, you will get not only a safe zone, but also an upgrade from the selected faction. You will find there 1 location of this type, in the southern part of the district.
Metro stations
Hayward Square Tube Station is right next to the Birch Windmill, in the middle of the map.
Radio towers
Radio towers track GRE Crates. In this location, you will find a Saint Joseph Medical Radio Relay on the hospital with the same name.
Parkour challenges
