1st code
- District: Houndfield

- Exact location: Nightrunner's hideout

You will find this one in the chest next to the bed. You need it to open the safe where the inhibitor is hidden. Getting this Memento is very simple, you just need to open the chest. The note shows the code: 101.
2nd code
- District : Garrison
- Important places nearby: Metro: VNC Tower
- Location: Power plant - Garrison
- Quest: not applicable
You will find a safe while activating the power plant. You need a code to open it. This protection cannot be removed by force, special skill or lockpicks. The note with the code is lying next to it, in a gray and red toolbox.
Open the chests and you will see the envelope with the code. According to the note, it is Pi - 314. Open the safe to get an inhibitor.
3rd code

Solving the puzzle gives you a special code that will open the safe: 973.
4th code
- District : Trinity
- Important places around : Metro: Holy Trinity
- Location: tower in the Bazaar
- Quest: not applicable
While exploring the tower in the Bazaar, you will find a safe. You need a code to open it. This protection cannot be removed by force, special skill or lockpicks. Fortunately, the card with the code is lying next to it, hidden behind the poster on the wall
Take out the envelope to learn the code. According to the note, it is 510. After you open the safe, you will receive a recording.
5th code
- District : Garrison
- Important places nearby: VNC Tower
- Location: flat next to the skyscraper's roof
- Quest: not applicable
The memento, which is the code to the safe, is in the VNC Tower, but not at the very top of it. It is best to take the elevator up, then use the grappling hook on the wall and slide down to the open office. You can also just jump, but this can kill you instantly.
The code is 666 and the safe itself is empty.
6th code

You will find this code in an envelope on a small wooden table. You need it to open the safe where the inhibitor is hidden. The code is 313.
7th code

The toolbox with the code to the safe is on the scaffolding. Simply climb it to get to the page. The code is 966.
8th code

While exploring the church tower, you will find a safe. You need a code to open it. This protection cannot be removed by force, special skill or lockpicks. The paper with the code is on the upper floor, on the roof, next to the stone gargoyle. You have to go out the window, jump on the roof and open the chest with the code.
Open the chests and you will see the envelope with the code. The code is 444. Open the safe to get an inhibitor.
9th code

The safe code is hidden in a wicker chest at the foot of the bed. You can easily get to the apartment by jumping inside through a broken window. The code, which requires a little bit of math, is the following: 22 67 66.
10th code
- District : Downtown

- Location: bridge between districts

The note with the safe code can be found on the table in the middle of the destroyed bridge. You will get there by exploring the area between the districts. This code is 74 17 76.
11th code

You will find the code hidden in a white wardrobe. You can easily reach this room by jumping onto the building's balcony. There are many zombies waiting for you inside. Eliminate them before collecting the code so that they do not interfere with the exploration of the area.
The code is 10 28 64.
12th code

In order to obtain this code, you need to open the container. You will need a GRE key for this. There's no other way to open it. After entering the container, go to the shelf on the far right. There, you will find an envelope with the code.

You'll find the envelope on a metal cabinet in a GRE container. You must open the container (with a GRE key) and then look left. You'll see a red envelope on a cabinet above the desk. Pick it up to get the code.

You can find the safe code in a forsaken store, right under the counter. Reaching it shouldn't be a problem for you. All entrances to the building are open and there aren't many enemies around.
