Concert Ticket for Lil' Fell

To get to this collectible, you have to jump down from the VNC Tower. We have marked the floor which you have to reach in the screenshots above. Once you're there, all you need to do is find a leather sofa. There will be a document lying in front of it.

You can find the safe code in a forsaken store, right under the counter. Reaching it shouldn't be a problem for you. All entrances to the building are open and there aren't many enemies around.
