Reviving in Dragon Age Veilguard allows you to resume fighting where you died. The catch is that in order to use this mechanic, you must meet a specific condition. On this page of the guide you will learn more about reviving.
How to revive?
When you die, you can load a previous save or respawn to continue the fight you've previously lost. After your character dies, you will have the option to respawn (on the left). The catch is that you need to have Revival Charges to do this. You can obtain them by equipping items such as Belts with this unique feature.
Without items that provide Revival Charges, you will not be able to unlock this feature. However, if you are playing on a very hard difficulty level or you simply cannot handle a particular fight, instead of replaying it, it is better to equip an item that grants this unique bonus so that you do not have to go through the entire fight from the beginning.
