Were you waiting for the new part of Dragon Age franchise? Well, it is here. It seems that The Veilguard is quite well optimized, as there are not so many technical problems, but it does not mean that there are none at all. Some players have issues with launching DAV. If you manage to do that, you might be encountered by a different bug – not working controls. How to fix them? We have an idea.

Not Working Controls in Dragon Age Veilguard

After launching The Veilguard, some people discovered with disbelief that their controls are not responding. It does not matter if they use controllers or mouse and keyboards – they do not work. Luckily, there might be a simple trick to help you.

Often, in this kind of problems, the source is in multiple devices connected to the computer. So, the solution is simple, unplug all of them (well unnecessary ones). Leave only the controller/keyboard and mouse, you are planning to use. You should also restart DAV (or even a Steam/PC to be sure). Moreover, sometimes, connecting controller after launching the game also works.

Hopefully, it will help you. If you manage to play, you should check out our review, to be prepared for good and bad. Moreover, we have prepared Dragon Age Veilguard guide. You will find everything here – maps, walkthroughs, FAQs. If you can think of it, we probably have it, and if not, it is likely that we will soon update the guide and add it. So, check it and you will not regret.
