This page of the Elex 2 game guide contains the walkthrough of the Thorhild's Cultivators mission. You receive it from Thorhild on the farm in the Fort during The Berserker's Trust quest. Our tips will help you obtain the iron and find a way to get raises for the workers.

Talk to Lasse and deliver iron
The mission's first objective is to obtain tools for Thorhild. You will learn that Lasse, the blacksmith in the Fort, can help you out with this task - his location will be marked on the map. The blacksmith will make the tools you need if you bring him 25 Iron Ore. You will get 7 iron nuggets for free from Scrappy. You have to get the rest yourself - you will find lots of iron in the mines. You can also buy it from certain merchants.
You can easily get tons of iron by completing a different mission in the Fort - Gas in the Mine. This mission's walkthrough can be found on a separate page of our guide.
After obtaining enough iron, go back to Lasse the blacksmith. He will promise to deliver the tools and you can return to Thorhild on the farm.
Finding the workers
It turns out that Thorhild's workers have disappeared - you need to find them. The workers are at Chloe's bar in the Fort. Go there and talk to the character named Butch. You will learn that the workers are demanding raises. You have to decide how to resolve the problem - either by beating up Butch or obtaining the money for the raises.
Choice: beat up Butch
Beating up Butch is the fastest way to get the workers back on the job. Butch is quite a strong opponent, so if you have a low-level character, you probably won't be able to defeat him. Also, by selecting this method, you will miss out on the opportunity to get a ton of experience points as a result of the second choice. If you decide to beat up Butch anyway, you will need to defeat him and then return to Thorhild to complete the Thorhild's Cultivators mission.
Choice: get money for the raises
The second way to resolve this conflict is to find the money to increase the wages of the workers. After talking to Butch, go to Thorhild. You can give her 2000 Elexit crystals - this will complete the mission. However, it's better to choose the option to talk to Fenris - this will extend the mission and you will receive more experience.
Go to the aforementioned Fenris and talk to him about the raises. He will direct you to Tilas, who will in turn send you to Raik at Chloe's bar. Raik will suggest meeting at the bar the next day.
After at least one day has passed, go to Chloe's bar and talk to Raik. He will lead you to the back of the bar, where you will be attacked by a mercenary. You have to defeat him - remember to dodge or block his attacks, because he can dish out some major damage.
After the fight, you have to find Raik - he can be found near Wulf's house. Now talk to Tilas, Butch, and finally to Thorhild, one by one. The Thorhild's Cultivators mission in Elex 2 will be completed.
